Editorial Policy
CellLingo publishes spreadsheet utilities, reference material and practical guides. Our goal is to make the difference between verified reference data, example formulas and workbook-specific judgment clear.
Reference data
Canonical function names may be listed in the broader reference catalog. Cross-language translation uses a smaller explicit mapping set; CellLingo does not fabricate a localized function name when a mapping is missing.
Examples and testing
Examples are written to teach a specific formula pattern and are checked for readable syntax. They are not a substitute for testing against your own workbook data, spreadsheet version, locale, tables, names and add-ins.
Corrections
Spreadsheet software changes over time. If you find a mapping, shortcut or example that needs correction, use the Contact page and include the relevant page and software/version where possible.
Updates and authorship
Articles display their WordPress author and modification date. Reference pages may be revised when examples, tool behavior or supporting explanations improve.
